Recently saw a Remington SPS in 300 Blackout at Wal-Mart and thought that was pretty interesting and yesterday ran into Wal-Mart at Military/410 and they had one of these in the case:

Sig SSG3000 in 308. It was MSRP $1500 so you can find it for quite a bit cheaper online but it is cool seeing some different stuff on the shelf. The action on that thing was super smooth.

    Gunz are icky.
    That is pretty neat.

Our Wally-Mart has had a few out of the ordinary guns lately also.
A Henry Golden Boy and a SIG AR. That is quite a bit different than the run of the mill Mossbergs.

    Way out here
It was actually at Academy, on 410 and Vance Jackson, a week ago. They had a Windham for $879, the Sig for $999 with no optic, and a Colt for $1253. The fit and finish of the Sig felt the best to me, although the only real way to tell would be to shoot each one. I am not an AR expert.

If yall dont already know, any walmart that sells firearms ,has a book behind the counter to all the rifles that they sell, and not on display. Just ask somebody for it.

I was in the walmart in Beeville the other day and they had 2 pepperball guns. One that looked like an 870 and the other looked like a paintball gun. Even sold the pepperballs behind the counter.

I'd go with the Colt. They usually sell one around $1k also
