so the mossy 930 tactical that I got at auction didn't come with a rear ghost ring or rail. it's tapped and there was obviously something attached there on top of the receiver at one point but I can't seem to find a ghost ring set up for a 930.

    anybody have a source?

    cheers!

I'm just googling through the Mossberg forums. I ran across it there. Sorry I should have included the link.

I gotta run. Meeting my husband for dinner.

    Go here...
    https://www.havlinsales.com/tactical.htm
About half way down the page you'll find this item,
    M930R-8 w/ special front screws for 930/935 $22.50 (new!)
My wife got this for me for Christmas. Haven't tried it on yet, need to give the 930 a thorough cleaning first, seem's that Mossberg's shipping preservative (shooting without cleaning first) may be the cause of some of the 930 complaints we're hearing.
Also got this, Universal Shotgun/Paintball Tri-Rail Barrel Mount
for a front sight/flashlight mount (I think my scheme will work)
    Good luck.

They are actually LPA sights. Let me see if I can find the link.

The BAR shotgun sights. The rear shotty sight is the one the SPX comes with.

Thanks! That's the part I hadn't figured out yet.

No problem. I've had three 930 variants and now have the SPX. Thousands of rounds through it and no issues. Even cycles 7/8 oz shells. I've done quite a bit of research and suped it up a bit.

Call them and try to order. They are small time and may not have the website up to date. They are the 'official' distributor, but there might be others who sell or carry that part.
