How is this gun not an NFA firearm? It shoots shotgun shells, it's based on the 500 series of shotguns, and has way less than an 18" barrel. I posted under another section on this forum and got two responses, neither of which mentioned any change in the law, or really gave me a legal reason that you can own one. One response was that it is a pistol and the barrel can be that short. I know ATF frowns big time on smooth bore HANDGUNS! Anyone here that can give me REAL info?
