It is true that long, slender bullets have the edge in Ballistic coefficient but I can tell you that the 168 grain Sierra Match Kings are the darlings of the 600 yard bunch. When a bullet gets heavier, it can't increase in diameter, so it grows in length. The longer bullets have better ballistic coefficient.....true.
It's interesting that the 155's have a better BC than the 168's. I wonder why?

Hornady has been the best for my pistol reloading.
Barnes has been the most accurate in rifle. Last batch I was averaging .3" groups. Too bad they flat out are unreliable for hunting.
He may be comparing the Barnes "match" against the Barnes "hunting" bullets
The jackets and bonding of the cores are different between the two categories.
