    And you have 30 days to notify them of the address change, or technically it is no longer valid until the address change takes affect.

    just make sure and do it within the 30 days and you have no problem.

    The license is not invalid after 30 days. You can be suspended for failing to notify DPS within 30 days; however, your license is not automatically invalid even if you go past the 30 days.

    The last time we discussed this in instructor renewal class the DPS attorney told us she had never suspended anyone for it.
