lets say 2 family members have a trust with a can. A lives at 123 colt rd and B lives at 123 ruger rd. soon after taking possession of the can B moves 10 minutes away from A. how long does B have to notify ATF of his move, if the can is kept at As house anyways? is it a big deal involving more paperwork and waiting or just a formality?
