The answer is simple, but at the same time challenging... the secret is:

Identify the problem, and YOU be the solution.

I see that the lack of BP and other firearm components as the problem.
The first person to properly supply the masses with much-needed components (the solution) can reap the benefits.

Yeah, I'm gettin' ready to fly east to Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, or Serbia and go all War Dog's. Dad's an import/export lawyer and still has his Texas Bar license. I'll be getting my import FFL, hazmat warehouse and my Eastern source of supply. Get ready for some real nasty corrosive steel case boxer primed and toxic Yugo surplus ammo!!

Apparently the plant has a bad history for accidents, including one in June 2021 that caused them to have to evacuate the plant. Sounds like Hodgdon decided the liability was larger than the profit.
