    I haven't, but know several people who have. Florida and Utah licenses are popular because they're cheap, easy to get and they give you reciprocal coverage in a few states that the Texas license doesn't offer.

    Out here by the lake!
    I've got a Pa. permit that was cheap by sending them a copy of my CHL. that way I have overlapping coverage when renewing.
