After 7 months & 3 days (I was quoted a 4 month time frame) of patiently waiting I got my Glock 19 back from Bowie Tactical Concepts today. He did the grip reduction, 360 degree stipple and mag release scallop on it. I'm impressed with the work and the grip feels SO much better IMO. I'm just glad I wasn't in too big a hurry to get it back. Overall I'm happy with it. ;)

It does almost look like the grip is made of wood...wonder how it feels

Nice. How does that stipling job feel and work with a covering garment? I have been wanting to do something similar, but have been wary since I use my G19 and G21 as my carry guns. I put some TruGrip on my G21 and it snagged my shirts pretty bad.

Honestly I think it'd be a little rough carrying (I don't carry this) but you couls smooth it down some with a little sandpaper.
