    Ruger 10/22

AR15 - Too many good makers to list, but for $650, S&W's Sport model is pretty slick

Remington 700 (Current favorite is a SPS Tactical in .223)

Savage model 10 Precision Carbine. .308

    Smith&Wesson model 1500, 25-06

The third one would be a damn tough decision. I will think about it and edit later.

I'll name these because that is what I have and they are not going anywhere soon.

Sako, pre Garcia old school L61R 4 lug action, 30.06 (My dad's)
    Marlin 39A Circa 1968 (My dad's)
10/22 build, Kidd receiver, bolt and barrel, QV trigger group
Although it's supposed to be three, I still must mention my AR build which is excellent.

That aside, I if I were to want another hunting rifle other than my Sako, I think I'd lean towards a Savage, tikka or another Sako. Although a 700 is not to be dismissed.
