Well, let's see. That would depend on whether you use the congressional definition of assault weapon or the REAL definition of assault weapon. And if you look closely at her new ban proposal, it affects most of the semi auto handguns on the market, so her "assault weapon" comments can be taken for what they really are....100% bullshit.

The best thing that could happen to the Peoples' Socialist Яepublik of Kalifornia is for the Big One to hit, which would finally drive them into full bankruptcy and maybe (and I say maybe with tongue in cheek) that would wake the voters up enough to vote out all the socialist/Marxist types in their legislature that have ruined their state. Unfortunately, that would most likely just drive MORE of the rats out of the state to infect other states (like my current state of Nevada) with their "entitlement" bullshit.
