I've worked many presidential motorcades over the years. Officers are usually instructed to face away from the motorcade and look for threats coming from the perimeter. I'm sure USSS instructed National Guard units to do something similar.

I can't remember exactly when I took this pic of Air Force 2, I'm pretty sure it was when VP Biden came to Houston for his sons cancer treatment.

I was once a career soldier & you are CORRECT, so all the GIs should be FACING toward "LOONY JOE & DA HO". = Those 2, imvho, are a CRITICAL DANGER to LIBERTY & to The Constitution.
