This does not surprise me one bit.
Just like the rest of DC slowly slipping into total ruin because there is no pride in our nations capitol just theft, lies and deceit!
Only Washington could take something that received millions of visitors and not make it profitable, if not self sustaining. If they got $1 from 10% of their visitors that would be a significant budget increase.
