I need some published loads for a 300 BLK pistol I've built for some 168 grain bullets. I've got some Hornady AMax 168 grain bullets and some Speer 168 grain Spitzer bulllets I need to load and can't find any legitimate "published" loads for them. Any help with references would be greatly appreciated.
I'm probably busy for the evening but will check back in the AM.

That is a tricky one and one that I haven't dove into.

Younggun and Orbitup can probably be of help hopefully.

I assume you are trying to load sub sonic?

Loading subsonic is my end goal, but I'm going to use my 212 grain bullets. I'm just trying to get these 168 grain bullets to get my action working 100%. Right now it cycles OK except it isn't picking up the next cartridge. When I fire it again I want to have several types of ammo and use some different mags to see if I can come up with a solution.

Hornady #10 has them under 300 whisper. Otherwise, subsonic that cycles you can use 1680 all day. You have zero pressure issues for subsonic, so adjust until you hit your velocity target using your chronograph. Start at 11gr and adjust for your rifle. Supersonic, they have data at MAP

What is MAP? New to hand loading and still learning all the acronyms.

That is what's on it now (pistol length and adjustable gas block). Adjusting it all the way out has not helped. I may just being too careful with my powder load and need to increase it. I've decreased my cartridge over all length but I haven't found the right formula for making it work yet.

What powder are you using? 1680? I tried some of the Amax 168, 4227 IIRC and problem was getting enough powder in the case - ended up with compresed loads and COAL wanted to grow. 168 worked OK. If a new build, run the BCG wet with lube. Make sure the lock back lug is working right. I have the port turned almost off in my 10" pistol, cycles fine & L.B. OK.
