need advice on a good light for HD shotgun

Hey everyone,
I bought a nice new FN Tactical Police Shotgun. The deal with my wife was I can not spend much money on gun stuff for the next 6 months so we can pay off all our debt. I need a light for this thing and would ideally like the surefire 636 for it, but I cant spend the $270.00-$375.00 for that light so whats a good alternative on the cheap for now until I can spend the money without lying about it to my wife? Thanks.

Surefire makes a ton of different models in a wide price range. The G2 and G3 are good starters. In fact, you can get the G3 with a bulb upgrade that puts out 200 lumens. That's pretty blinding.
