Does the paint on this C308 look like factory or spray

Looks like a home paint job but you can only really tell in person. You can get cerakote to have that look but again it’s not a high resolution picture. But it’s got areas that scrape like paint.

Its a Century, so they might've rattle canned it themselves after importing it. Or a previous owner did. Doesn't look like Cerakote to me - looks like it could be Duracoat (Nutnfancy's favorite refinish, which you can do at home yourself) or plain spray paint.

I'm gunna say spray paint. I can see the paint rub off on the mag, from the magwell

Nutnfancy likes duracoat because when he tried ceracoat, he screwed up and melted a glock
