    My problem is if I wear my readers, and can see the sites, I can't see the target. If I don't wear glasses, I can see the target but can't see sites.

    Very nice little plinker you have there.

    Interestingly the Blue Book of Gun Values pictures it with a tang peep sight.

    Round aperture peep sights work well for aging eyes, even when blurry, natural centers the front sight.
    The Lyman R24 tang sight it seems was made for the Model 24
    You might check around if the pretty little rifle has the spots drilled and tapped.

    I had the thought that I would like to shoot the lowest velocity that would cycle in this one. Yesterday I stopped in Cabelas to burn Fathers Day gift cards, and they had CCI Quiet for $3.29 a box. I got one to try, and it cycles them great.

    710 FPS rounds, and priced right. Just bought 10 more boxes.
