Need some help here...

Long story short, I found a guy's iPhone Saturday night. One of the guy's friends called yesterday, gave me his address, but no last name. Post office is saying I need both a first and last name to send something, but they don't know how I can get that information.

All I've got to go on is the guy's address in Abilene. I can't get anything off the phone itself because the owner has it locked, and I'm too lazy to figure out the passcode.

Seriously, what the hell do I do here? Is there a website I can use to figure out who lives at a certain address, or should I take the phone into a company (T-Mobile in this case) store and have them figure it out?

call sprint. there is a find my phone app on it.
if he turned it on sprint will notify

Take it to a T-Mobile place and have them take care of it. They'll be able to get the customer info from the phone and get in touch with them.

mail it to him. list his last name as iphone or heresyourphonebro. ive mailed things listed as random joke names. the name doesnt have to be real and hell figure it out when he gets it.
