Found a guy locally he does this part time and delivers safe and only works on word of mouth. He's got some seriously nice prices, let me know if anyone in dfw is looking to purchase a safe, I will pass on the contact.
    Here's what I got
Originally was quoted $995+tax+delivery ($1270) for winchester pony 42
Since its backordered he is giving me a Ranger 45 for $100 more
Cheapest I found out was $1700+tax+delivery

Time to ramp this back up.....likely gonna need another safe later on this year. At this point, I'm looking at a Fort Knox Guardian, 72" x 41". Anyone know a dealer that does "deals"? Most of 'em try to keep within their territory and keep at MSRP.....that gets expensive.

i used to have a rider on my renters specifically for firearms. I don't need one ony Homeowners because I lost all my guns last year while boating.

    Sent from my SIG Sauer

Germania Insurance treats guns like any other household goods - no rider needed. Only problem it they only cover to the limits of the policy, which is one of the reasons I don't want everything in one safe. They might get SOME, but no way they'll have time to get into all of them before PD responds to the alarm.
