Most indoor ranges offer training, also. I'm sure that the quality and variety varies tremendously, though.
Saddle River Range (located on 1488, just north of The Woodlands has shooting classes for beginners (and several other levels), and they also have training classes for concealed carry permits. They also have classes taught by women instructors.
