Highly recommended to keep weather (and rust) off your griddle…soft covers do nothing but leak and trap moisture.

Flat tops are where it's at! Don't know how I've gotten along without one. Picked up a Cabelas 4 burner and love this thing. Haven't done breakfast on it yet but I'm going to change that this Saturday.
