Now I got an excuse to watch it again. It's been long enough to forget the scenes. I don't remember any of that.

The Wildey was gas operated. I think the design predated the gas operated Desert Eagle. The Wildey design allowed you to adjust the gas available for operation. It was based on a Swedish design if my old memory holds true.

I don't remember any of that.

The odd thing I actually remembered was the the pursesnatcher in that first segment and the fact that he followed the sidewalk. Instead of cutting across the empty lot when he was running away, he followed the sidewalk to the corner and made a nice polite left turn.

So. Realistic.

The last Wildey I saw at a gun show, the guy wanted $2000.00 for it. It was a .45 Winmag. This was about seven years ago.

The iconic Dirty Hairy scene with the model 29. Was one hell of a commercial. It's wasn't hard to find someone that'd say it'd stop a car.

My favorite movie gun is an .88 magnum. It'll shoot through schools.

The 44 automag was on a Dirty Harry movie but someone is making the automag again.

The wildey is from deathwish 3 also being made again... oh yeah MAGA.
