Calling all Cowpokes in the Bryan-College Station area. Def Willie is ramrodding the startup of a new club. Here's the info from an email he sent out.
Many of you have already heard that I'm planning to start up a Cowboy Action Shooting Club and range for the BCS area. I have already located land for the range so now it's time for a group of interested folks to hold a meeting and start the process of officially organizing and forming the club. This first meeting will be held at 6:00pm at the College Station Gander Mountain meeting room next Wednesday, September 9th. With everyone's help we can get this done within a couple of months. Then the work can switch to increasing the membership, raising money and building the range. Please feel free to invite anyone you think would be interested in helping to get this new club up and running. One of the first items to take care at this meeting is to select a club name, so be thinking about that.
