I actually live in Buda, but work in New Braunfels. It's a bit of a commute, but I wouldn't trade anything for where I live. Nice and quiet, I can see 35, but I cannot hear it. It's almost as if time forgot the sub I live in.

As for private land, I normally go out 1044 past Green Valley to a friend of mines property. It's fun to piss off his neighbor, who actually lives in the city limits, from just outside of city limits. NBPD has sat over at the property line just to make sure no one is getting hurt.
