I shoot and reload a little. I have just bought a Ruger LCRx .22lr and was wondering are there any outdoor public places that I can shoot tin cans. Indoor ranges don't feel safe.

Welcome to the forum. Sorry, I've only been to indoor ranges here in DFW, but I know there's a few outdoor ranges, one I heard of is Elm Fork

Garland has a outside range but I doubt they will let you bring and shoot anything except paper targets.

welcome, doubt any range will allow cans, have to find someone with acreage. laws keep changing on how many acres needed to discharge a firearm in Texas.
