Welcome! Used to work out of Tyler. Stayed in Red Springs while I was there.
I highly recommend you join the East Texas Rifle and Pistol Club. It's a bit of a drive for you but their range in Longview has no comparison. Long, short, clays, even a full auto range; you name it they've got it. All cut and winding through an east Texas "mountain". Just beautiful.
The club has closer ranges to you in the area but the one in Longview should be a bucket list item for every member on this forum.

If you know where you get some Sandy Loam you need to tell me! I hear that's GREAT for your yard!
East Texas is definitely the place to get it. I know of several places outside of Gilmer, Gladewater and Big Sandy that sell it by the truckload.
