Traffic wise, no, and certainly not where you are looking at moving to. Rush hour in any city is what it is, but, "traffic hell" it is not
Cranky old Shortround just hates anything SA and never misses an opportunity to say something to scare away someone new.

Now, the drivers here are a whole other story.
