I have a Springfield XDs in .45.. Tupperware gun, but it was affordable. Would like to buy & carry something more substantial. TheXDs operates fine but it won't eject a LE Hollowpoint that has not been fire, catches in the ejection port.

We have a couple of Bersa Thunder 380 pistols. All metal frames and slides. Very compact. Decently accurate and reasonably priced. (or at least they use to be.)

Biggest downside. They are 380 Auto. Higher ammo cost than 9mm, and less ammo options than 9mm as well.

i have a thunder 380 combat plus with the 15 round mag. great little gun. could do without the brady bunch key lock but it seems pretty solid.
