Well I see this little tidbit of news managed to make national headlines on TV this AM, FNC reported on it.

Any study of history going back thousands of years you will find that new regime's often destroyed everything of the past and we have even done this in the US...Gen Sherman's March to the Sea were he burned his way across the SE states. Even today the Liberals are trying to rewrite the history of the Alamo.

This has gone on across the world for thousands of years, yet success has been fleeting at best.
