Hey Guys & Gals! I'm an old member from Feb 2015 but was very in-active but that's going to change!

I hope to meet a lot of new friends here. I've spent most of my time at the "1911Addicts" forum but
I think I've found a new home here & will share equal time here as well.

I'm old, semi disabled, & can't drive but I still shoot when my bud's take me to the range. For many, many
years I shot shotguns in competition, all disciplines of shotgun shooting, in country & out of country. It
was my passion for 25+ years combined with varmint/predator hunting & rifle shooting + reloading!

When I got disabled & lost a lot of my balance, I eventually became wheelchair bound. At that point, I
had to give up about everything that I loved to do but I found a new passion in handguns, specifically
1911 handguns but I like them all.

Sorry for being long winded but that's my story in short about my love for firearms!!!

Thank you all for having me back, it looks like fun!

Just when I was starting to like you

Brother, being wheelchair bound I had to find some hobby. I didn't care for or own a 1911 before this.
Didn't own my very 1st 1911 until I was 65 years old. lol

I also forgot to mention, until my condition worsened, I built really nice AR varmint hunting & target
rifles also for about 5-6 years.

Pay no attention to the plastic gun fanbois, for they are young and inexperienced. They'll grow up one day. :green:

    Welcome back!

    Howdy and welcome.
And you are doing it right. Just because you are sitting in a wheelchair does not mean that you have to give up fun. Good job and keep the fun activities on the schedule!
