Glad to have something close to home and hopefully better than Red's. Have been going to the excellent Shady Oaks range lately. But this one will be really close to home!

Looking at the Arlington page and buying a membership seems to be the better deal. $20 a month for unlimited shooting on weekdays. 10am to 9pm. Shoot twice a month at least and its pretty inexpensive. Probably need more details on memberships though. Who knows this location may be lower.

Heck no. We already have the northern Red's for the competitively priced segment of the market. It's about time I stopped commuting from Round Rock to TRA.

Not bad IF you can shoot weekdays and don't care too much about the "perks" of the more expensive membership levels. Here's the breakdown:

Central Texas Gun Works is who I use mostly. $20 if you have a LTC and Insurance. I also frequent Shady Oaks mostly, but this new place is much closer and could be a quick in and out for lunch time shoots.

The building was there with a sign up when I went by last time. But the web site says not open yet. I joined their email list and have heard nothing so far. I will drive by in the morning and check on it.

Yeah, the intersection of 35 and 45 Toll might be snake bit. Maybe this location is far enough away!
