New Rule for Classifieds

TGT Classifieds require 25 posts before a new member is allowed to post.

As far as the other comments above go... There are no plans currently to alter the classified rules any further.

Not sure why they feel the need to bump old threads. Wr have a thread DEDICATED to POST WHORING.

25 should only take 12.5 minutes(damn 30 second rule)

On another forum, we have established an arbitrary 40 post minimum. I have to admit it has curtailed the number of people looking to sell something quickly and then depart. I like to get to know someone and vice versa before dealing in money matters.

I also think classifieds are more to help others than trying to make a profit. Just my opinion.

I understand, but this has been discussed here (and in private) and Alan has decided that the 25 post rule is what we are going to do at this time. No group is ever going to contain just people that everybody likes or gets along with.

I do appreciate your (and other folks) concern.
