    Yup :( Iam waiting for the store to open so I can call them but I bet they can't just give me an exchange because all the paperwork I filled out has this guns serial # on it. So I bet I end up buying a new spring or having to send it off.

    UPDATE: Just got off the phone with a nice man named Thomas and he said he will swap the tube off another gun if he has one. :-) But if not he will just have to send it to Mossberg :-( At least there is still hope!

    Well good news is it is fixed, he took it apart and somehow the plug was tangled up with the spring. I think it must have been jammed in crooked from the factory. He also put a plug and a spring from another gun in it just in case something was wrong with them. Anyway for now it is working and I know how to take my new gun apart. LOL
