    THANKS! I didn't know someone made these. Just bought a hex today. I see walnut and jmeck scope mount in store for this one.

    I don't even have this one finished yet and I'm already planning my next one. Fun rifles to tinker with, and fun rifles to shoot. The cheap surplus ammo doesn't hurt, either.

    Yeah I have no regrets for making a 91/30 my first rifle. Need an M39, get to check out the unissued B barrel I purchased for my father's birthday back in May though as I'm heading home next week. Last time out he was getting 3-4 shot 1" groups with one or two flyers per 5 shots @125yards. Iron sights and spam can ammo.
