    Chili, I'll toss in some BEP to stay off one of @Hoji Helo tours. I hate BEP cause we always had the traditional southern new-year day meal growing up.

    Let's see.
    1lbs each of ground beef. Sausage and sweet sausage.
    1 pack of hotlinks sliced thin. No cheap sausage that was liquefied and poured into a fake casing.
    2 white onion
    2 red onions
    Head of garlic
    Spices
    Jalapeño ranch beans
    Regular Pinto beans
    Diced tomatoes
    Maybe some kidney beans.

    Just for @Hoji I'll toss in a small can of BEP, shouldn't notice them.

    Oh and some hot cast iron skillet cornbread.
