Newcomer from Benbrook

Hi, I'm from Benbrook (just outside the 820 Fort Worth loop).
My wife and I are looking to get our CHLs soon.
We're also interested in learning to shoot shotguns, but that
doesn't seem to be as available as handguns.

Anyone know of places to take lessons for shotgun?

Hello and welcome. I am close to where you are.
Try On Target Firearms. 817-443-1488.
They are about 10 minutes just South of Benbrook on Hwy 377.
I got my CHL there and was happy with the class and service.
They also offer private lessons and several of the employees are former military police.

My wife and I went by there and agree the people are friendly. But we're wimps and their range isn't air-conditioned.

Well the classroom is very air-conditioned.
And you may not be shooting a gun from an air conditioned place to defend yourselves?!
And the shooting lasts about may 30 minutes? Just 50 shots...
Anyway, I was happy with the class.
