Went and picked up my Element yesterday so here are the obligatory pictures.

M4-2000 on the 8" 300 Blackout upper I just built (Just to see what it looks like, don't try shooting a .308 projectile through a .223 hole. I have a 762-SDN6 on order)

Crikie! A .30 cal bullet out of an 8" barrel!? Seems impossible!

I've got my eyes on the 762 SDN6 and would appreciate a lot of pics when you get it in. :)

ETA: Mind my asking who you pre-ordered it through?

I pre-ordered it through Major Malfunction.

I wanted to buy an AAC upper, but they did not know when they would be available. So I bought the 8" barrel and bolt from Noveske, put it on a Spikes upper with a 7" Spike's BAR rail. So far it functions flawlessly with handloaded supersonic Barnes 110 grain TTSX. It will not cycle factory Remington subsonic ammo without a suppressor, but Noveske says as much on their website

I have built several lowers but this was my first upper. Pretty easy with the right tools.

Stamp came in so now I can finally throw a lower with stock on there.
