The key phrase is "certain firearm parts or accessories". They don't mean grips or mags under 10 rounds, they mean the usual suspects: 80% receivers, mags over 10 rounds, foregrips...although I am not sure I have ever seen an actual list.

So....you're guessing, with no guidance from PP. Good way to get in trouble w/them. I've cancelled them - don't need their BS.

Gunbroker allowed PP to be used as a payment option up until about a year ago and it has worked fine even afterward if the parties are covert about it.

Its been about six months since I've used PP and I won't be using them anymore.

Um.....you REALLY need to read their TOS - since about 10 years ago. If they EVER catch you using their service to buy/sell a firearm, your account WILL be locked - and your funds subject to seizure. And they will NOT assist in case of any kind of fraud/defect on a firearm transaction. Folks need to pay attention. Had a buddy get his account locked many years ago for a firearm transaction - over $8k in his account. His widow finally gave up trying to recover the funds last year.
I was going to say that I thought this was old news.

An 80% reciever is just a chunk of metal...

You haven't been able to buy guns or ammo using PP for at least 8-10 years. Looks like they just repeating their rules.
What do you mean? I've been using PP to buy exactly that over the last 8-10 years with 0 issues.
PP has never bothered to email me that my transaction is being spied on and I am being discriminated against due to my purchasing habits.
When that day comes, they can suck my appendage and will be dropped instantly with a polite email that I do not subscribe to socialist oppression, discrimination and overreach of authority.
With more and more business accepting CCs directly now, the need for GayPal is waning rapidly.
