It's was a plain E-Series 1911 by S&W before the cool engraving. Really aggressive slide serrations but the grip you get with sweaty hands is great.

It's a beautiful pistol, and the craftsmanship looks quite good, but it's a bit over-done and busy for my personal tastes in pistols, or 1911's.
