Does anybody know a gunsmith in the DFW area who can work on a NR Davis sidehammer shotgun? I have one in mint condition with the exception of the locks being cracked. I have had it inspected by a couple of 'smiths who pronounced it fit to fire, but it does not go bang reliably. Usually takes 3-4 snaps to fire. I actually bought it for a wallhanger, but when it arrived in the "mail", it was in such good condition, I wanted to hunt with it.
