Read entire blog at AmmoLand blog from newly elected BOD member. Big hint from judge in case that the board could have many more members up for election if they adopt his suggestions. Reform could come much faster with more reformers in the race. Also I will post on events but next board meeting scheduled for Dallas, TX area Sep 7th 2024.

If you want to help get the NRA over these last couple of obstacles, your financial support will be appreciated, but your active participation is even more needed. Directors need to hear from you. You can write to individual directors or the entire board by including your name and member number (as it appears on the mailing label of your magazine) and address emails to NRABOD@NRAHQ.org.

You are the NRA. Keep reminding your elected representatives on the board of that, and keep offering your suggestions and ideas. We can’t do it without you.

Every year, you have the opportunity to elect or reject 25 or more members of the Board. Part of the judge’s preliminary decision addressed that directly, suggesting that the nominating process be opened up to make it much easier for people to get on the ballot. His guidance was for the Nominating Committee to approve every candidate who meets the basic qualifications simply: Life Member or above for at least five years. There’s a very high probability that his suggestion will be adopted, meaning there could be 40 or 50 candidates on the ballot next year to fill 25 seats.

The entire “Nominating Committee” concept must go, or we’ll have the same problems again.

Get rid of all vestiges of WLP, including ALL cronies and devices !

Can't vote on the internet, must do mail in ballot and to be honest I don't have any idea of who to vote for. If a respected member of this group would give a list of who to vote for I would accept that list.

I am in the same pickle boat swamp as well. Who does one vote for? I recommend keep reading this forum and the comments offered on various candidates to help understand who is your best candidate. Also checkout some of the 2A social media websites you find truthful and responsible reporting on candidates.

In the article mentioned above it says you can email individual board members. Ask one or more who your respect who they recommend.
