NRA hat be tight...aw-ite?

I just got a hat from another annual renewal. I'm not sure how to wear it. Is it positioned with the bill facing forward or should it be sideways, like at 10:00 or 2:00? Also, will I start shooting ghetto style (slide flats parallel to ground) if I wear it for an extended period of time? Will I get this urge to get drunk on Thunderbird while warming myself around a burn barrel? Do my dogs need another chew toy?

Any advice is welcome.

WOW, if its so tight that it is affecting your speech you might think about getting another, a size or two larger. That speech impediment sounds pretty bad.
