My little sis has sworn by Merrells for years, ever since the secret service detail with George W visited the west Texas ranch she worked at. I have worn out at least one pair and currently working on another.

The last pair I bought about 3 tears ago are srarting to wear. I will need another pair in 6 months or so. If the quality has gone down, I will know within a couple weeks of new ones. That is about all it takes before I can't walk.
