I am acutely aware of that which is why I wish folks would cut each other a little slack. But where money is involved, people get touchy. That's more or less the reason the rule was written.

What the OP failed to realize is that he got his panties all in a wad and waited far too long to replace his overly-sensitive reaction with "abc" (literally)... Once one squeezes out the toothpaste, its darned hard to suck it back in.
Now he will be very lucky to find anyone interested in dealing with someone such as he.
