Steroid nasal allergy spray. Takes 2 or3 days to work but then is outstanding first spring and fall allergies.

Doesnt help if you get congested indoors like I do at times but for all the allergies it works wonders

Just a teeny bit better every day. Laying on the heating pad most the time. Yesterday it went from crippling to just bad. (that was nice).

Today its gone from bad to really bothersome moderate. I can actually move a little without worrying about it.
