Walked out the gunshow empty handed. Most the 5.56 & 9mm i seen was atleast $1 pr, most the .22lr was .18 - .20cpr.

Creedmore & Grendel were $45-$80 a box of 20.

Seen some large rifle primers for $99 per 1k.

Seen some AR uppers with BCG for $450 on up.
The shocker was a Marlin Dark 30-30...

My day just turned fantastic!

A Bald Eagle flew directly overhead, barely above the treetops so 60-90' elev. So low n slow, I watched him turn his head side to side. I ran inside to grab a camera and sure enough he looped back again. I took a vid but with the sun behind me I couldn't tell if he was in frame until playback; he wasn't. Aw well, still very cool!

You know, there was a time working at the shipyard I dreaded the sight of a bald eagle flying overhead. Thousands of nesting seagulls would take to the air bringing what we called the white rain. Run for cover!

Small problem with location. Beer is here at the house, and the brush fire is on the other side of the farm.
