In other news, we have had an 80 degree swing in temps from last week. From 0 Last week to 80 Today.

I'm still waiting on the plumbers to fix my broken water lines. Got them bandaided late yesterday, and they are supposed to be back out today. We'll see.

I am trying to patch up a cracked housing on our boost pump. And, only if that works, get to figue out how bad things are at the house. I have a buddy who works with a local well service and he said they have over 400 callls they are working on. They are salvagin parts from the pumps they replace, as parts are gold right now. This is pretty fire. We have been without water for over a week and are looking at a few more days, at least.

A breezy, warm and pleasant 65 degrees this morning. A little over cast, some clouds and some sun here in East Texas. Time to make some coffee.

Yay, it's finally trash day. Going to hook the trailer to the lawn tractor and haul 4 huge and heavy bags of trash to the street in addition to the regular trash bin. Been storing garbage in the mower shed to keep the critters out of it. First trash pick up in 3 weeks tomorrow.

After the snow and ice melted I was finally able to haul off our garbage to the dump site on the other side of the property.

On a small plus side, with last week's really cold weather, fleas and ticks shouldn't be as bad this year.

Went to the deer lease with neighbor & did some mulching & cleaned up fallen limbs on the trails. Then went & ripped some lips. Life is good.
