Got the back yard mowed and weed whacked. Tried to finish before the heat arrived.
Took almost 1 1/2 hours but it's done.

Coffee time and if I can stop sweating, I'll shower and call it nap time.

89 degrees with heat index of 96. Wind has a ? beside it asking what wind was. 52 % humidity.

0 rain in the last 24 hours with the next expected rain on 8/20/2023.

Terrible time to be forced into the wife needing another rig. Bye bye Subaru. Will never be behind the wheel of one again.

Put her behind the wheel of a Lexus suv that only had one owner. Other than a water pump down the road and timing belt changes I expect this one to last her.

When up in Seattle Subaru’s were ubiquitous. Literally the majority of vehicles.

Many times every vehicle at a stoplight were Subaru’s and often the majority in parking lots.

    Nuts.

MIL had one there. Hated it. Van and truck had a tighter turning radius.

Fun times never last. She gets in an accident the moment she hits the road with it.

    First she’s ok.

Second…I’m not even sure I want to post this because it’s personal but I have been dealing with the results of her screwing up constantly. It’s terrible of me to say I know…she called me and asked if I was mad and I wasn’t I just didn’t know what to say because lecturing her for years about driving habits seemed to fall on def ears. It was a pile up of several people following to closely and not paying attention. I know that without even being there.

I’m getting to the point if she doesn’t stop putting me in debt I’m getting out of this marriage.

The wife is off the weekend.

Spent the day putting new furniture together. Now sitting in the nail salon waiting on her.

Funny she rarely hangs out while i go shooting.

Tomorrow is probably more fun n games.

Atleast the cowboys are on tonight....see how bad that o line is and nascar is tomorrow.
