Saw them when I was looking at local shops in the area.. they only list the 9+1 rd CA version for the 17 HMR on their website.

It's just a magazine difference. You can buy a BX15 mag locally or online? Lastly, FWIW, the 10rd rotary mags have show to be the most accurate.
