WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama is prepared to accept some Taliban involvement in Afghanistan's political future and will determine how many more U.S. troops to send to the war based only on keeping al-Qaida at bay, a senior administration official said Thursday. The sharpened focus by Obama's team on fighting al-Qaida above all other goals, while downgrading the emphasis on the Taliban, comes in the midst of an intensely debated administration review of the increasingly unpopular war.

    Who's side is he on?

At least we would know where to send the sniper fire. I'm starting to not wonder who's side he is on.

I think he should get visas for a couple Taliban to become czar's their job would be to register all white Christian males and provide a small gold cross sewed to their clothing above the left chest pocket.

The Taliban IMO are like 1920" gangsters.
They control their little piece of the world in a violent manner and adhere to antiquated Muslim laws.
There is no place in modern politics or the modern world for than matter for these thugs to be allowed to exist.
Double the troops and sweep every cave with a small radiation bomb.
As they move from cave to cave trying to escape they will be killed by radiation poisoning. The cave will be rendered useless for years to come so no more hiding places for the Taliban or Al Quada.

What better way to win a Nobel Peace Prize than to put terrorists in control.

Phucking Obama... Does this guy get off on this crap? To be able to screw our country right in front of our faces and still be able to wear that toothy grin of his.

Our days as a free nation are numbered, and I hope and pray that I am wrong.

'...support and defend the Constitution of the United States, against all enemies, foriegn and domestic..." but unfortunately, the POTUS happens to be the domestic, and WTF can we do about it?

    Rock on! :texas:

This guy (?) has suckered the sheeple in.

Remember during the campaign, when we kicked the Taliban out of Afghanistan and they fled to Packistan, Obammy suggested that we invade Packistan to get them. He was lambasted for saying this.

    Now he has "changed" 100%.

I have to agree with Beck. McCain was a slow simmer, DOHbama is a full boil. Let's hope sanity wins.
